Damien is so angry with me right now. I talked to the assistant principal at Cooper and asked for a walkthrough of the school. I also asked for additional time after P.E. because his fine motor skill difficulties make it hard for him to get dressed.
Furthermore, I asked for an aide to shadow him and make sure he makes it to class the first few days of school. I have never seen a child give such hateful looks to his mother before. I just wish he would understand that advocating for himself also means to ask for support when needed.
